We come with more exciting things to discuss. In the last few messages, we have explained to you that various powerful elements in your society are altering their agendas.

We have also told you that one of these groups remains adamant about forging ahead with their infamous agenda. They are, however, coming to realize their growing degree of isolation.

Even as they enter upon certain ceremonial positions of power, they feverishly continue to plot ways to overcome their present weaknesses. In this regard, we wish them to be fully aware that we remain poised to decisively counter whatever they may contemplate. It is important for you to know that there has been a shift in the current balance of power of your worldly cabals.

Various members of these groups are learning that they can no longer disregard the divine decrees of Heaven. We intend to ensure that what is about to occur does, indeed, happen. Further, we are preparing certain other documents that can lead to the beginnings of a formal disclosure of our existence.      

There are now too many cracks in the present worldwide UFO cover-up for it to proceed. Your worldly governments fully recognize our true intentions. They understand that, for one, we aim to rapidly increase global harmony. We also intend to terminate covert programs that were established to limit or interfere with your physical and spiritual integration procedures.

Lastly, they are quite aware that we wish them to suspend covert military operations, which challenge our daily atmospheric observation of your world and its human population. As you know, there has been great progress on the first proposal. Our second intention has been agreed to, intermittently, by your governments and then disregarded because of key personnel in charge of various positions in your government's covert operations. Nowhere has this position been more noticeable than in the operation of your world's secret weaponry programs. In the past, we have had some difficulties with these technological 'toys', which, on several occasions, have forced us to demonstrate our vast superiority.      

A new conspiracy now appears to be under way. This same stubborn cabal intends to use its new positions of ceremonial power to direct a research program aimed at improving these 'toys'. Consequently, we need to openly warn them of the consequences of their proposed actions. Our defense forces will deal firmly with any attempt to begin such programs. We will retaliate by totally annihilating any 'toys' in their covert inventory, or on any research sites. In addition, we hereby warn any earth nation that decides to participate, as they have recently, against assisting them in any way. Open defiance will meet an equally harsh response. These are not mere idle threats. Your world governments are well aware of facilities that we have eliminated in the past, without a single loss of life. The process now underway must run its course in the time frame that the divine plan has decreed. It is our responsibility to make clear to all parties that we will tolerate no options contrary to this timetable.      

We wish, also, to express our full commitment to those who are forging the foundation for a new reality. This reality presently needs specific changes made to its core perceptions. What you are doing, dear Friends, and what you are planning, are vitally important to us. The networks and organizations you have already created pale in comparison to the many you are truly capable of. Moreover, among you are many advanced Beings who have been given the keys to some amazing technologies. Together, these elements serve as the basis by which we can swiftly move your society out of its present limitations and into a manifested abundance. They show us, each day, how urgent our support is of your endeavors. Hence, know that we will continue to negotiate on your behalf with your worldly cabals. At this point, we wish again to show our growing gratitude to the cabals that have decided to steadfastly support the wishes of Heaven.      

Over the past few months, agreements have been reached on your world that will allow some surprising events to occur shortly. Even those who previously joined the group to which we have been only vaguely referring have suddenly come together in a new coalition. This 'secret government' is still quite fragile and encompasses many differing viewpoints. Some wish only a limited degree of cooperation based upon countless layers of agreements. Others fully understand what is needed. Here, dear Lights, it is necessary to request your assistance. Send your energies to these cabals and globally meditate upon their continuing compliance with Heaven's programs. Like you, they are entering a new situation in which they become more willing to freely share the gifts of power and wealth that they have previously kept for themselves. This is very difficult for them and runs against many behavior patterns taught to them since childhood.      

In this next period of your transition, we can show our forgiveness and our willingness to accept them. Yet, in order to transform the core perceptions of humanity, you will need to remain focused in your intentions. Much is left to do. Hatred, limitation and despair still abound in your world. Many still do not know what is happening. They continue to see the changes taking place within you as a kind of calamity. There are also many so-called scourges that the cabal to which we will continue only vaguely to refer has previously thrust into your society. This group has also been working to limit the nutritional value of your food and to poison your air and water, which they have disguised as technological and agricultural progress.      

Their acts must be stopped. We ask, dear Lights, that, in your global meditations, you include an intention for your ever-growing global consciousness field to transmute these procedures. You have the power to thwart those who remain strongly opposed to your transition into fully conscious Beings. Further, you have both Heaven's assistance and ours. We shall raise these issues in our ongoing negotiations with your worldly cabals. You must realize that coming events on your world give you a great deal of added responsibility. We formally ask that you use your organizations and networks to find ways to give back the things you lost in the past few decades. Fortunately, there are still many ways by which to correct what has occurred and, at the appropriate time, we will gladly provide guidance on these matters.      

As you can see, the mission ahead of you is both exciting and rewarding. It requires you to undertake a massive educational and infrastructure-building operation. It means, dear Lights, that your work will be quite overwhelming at first. Hence, it is essential that you remain focused and closely examine your desires and plans in great detail. Moreover, prepare to act quickly. For our part, we have fashioned a vast and highly detailed plan that will allow us to better guide you through the coming times. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to forge a new reality, and to know that, soon, both the great Beings of Heaven and we shall be among you. This process is reaching a crucial stage in its development. Bear in mind that this point could not have been reached without Heaven's freely-given consent, and your own.      

In this message, we have discussed some present occurrences in your world. We ask that you use this time to grow Heart wisdom and to assimilate what we have told you. Remember that you are reaching a point at which truly wondrous miracles can begin to occur. Therefore, remain focused and committed to what your true Heart desires. We now take our leave.
