Catherine is now offering wellness consultations and classes at Earth Star by appointment on Saturdays from 4-5 p.m. (Other times available upon request).  She is a former public school teacher and has her degree from Colorado State University in Human Development and Family Studies.

Catherine has had a live long interest in preventative health.  Her pH nutritional program was developed and utilized by Dr. Mark Cochran. He is a practicing naturopath and chiropractor located in the Midwest with over 20 years of experience.  Her professional goal, as a wellness consultant, is to help individuals achieve optimal health simply, pleasurably and conveniently.  Her classes and consultations at Earth Star will address simple tips for living in harmony with nature for looking great, preventing disease, increasing energy, healing health issues and aging gracefully.

The center of Catherine’s wellness system is achieving pH or acid/alkaline balance through simple dietary and lifestyle changes. Physical pH is also affected by emotion (and there is an "emotional pH"). To address this, she utilizes a process called EssenceWork™ that helps people resolve stubborn issues they are ready to resolve.

EssenceWork™ is a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing process ideal for people who have been unable to resolve a problem no matter what form of remedial efforts they have sought. The individual is usually unaware of the connection between their symptoms and the intricate, underlying issues. Catherine can help clear issues from this lifetime to support you along your path.
